Editorial Management Model

Our journal is governed by a structured editorial management process consisting of consecutive phases, designed to ensure scientific excellence, ethical integrity, and technical efficiency in each publication.

Phase I: Quality Control and Transparent Ethics

Stage 1: Originality Assessment and Use of AI In compliance with international standards of publication ethics, all manuscripts received undergo a rigorous integrity analysis:

  • Plagiarism Detection: The TURNITIN tool is used, requiring a minimum originality index of 80%.
  • AI Supervision: Using COMPILATIO software, the incidence of Generative Artificial Intelligence is evaluated to ensure human intellectual authorship.
  • Result: After passing this validation (approx. 1 week), the author will receive the Phase 1 Acceptance Letter.

Phase II: Academic and Administrative Rigor

Stage 2: Peer Review The manuscript is evaluated by our Academic Committee under peer review standards. This process ensures the scientific validity and relevance of the content.

  • Feedback: The author will receive a detailed report to implement improvements. Once validated, the content is formally accepted.
  • Duration: 2 weeks.
  • Deliverable: Phase 2 Acceptance Letter.

Stage 3: Administrative Management Following academic approval, the author is notified of the recovery fee established by the institution to cover operational processing costs.

  • Formalization: Payment validation is a prerequisite for moving on to the editorial production phase.
  • Deliverable: Phase 3 Acceptance Letter.

Phase III: Production, Publication, and Certification

Stage 4: Layout and Publication The editorial team begins the professional design and layout of the article according to the journal's visual identity standards.

  • Style Review: The author will receive a galley proof (final draft) for final approval before the official launch on the OJS platform.
  • Duration: 3 weeks.
  • Deliverable: Phase 4 Acceptance Letter.

Stage 5: Authorship Certification Once the article is visible and properly indexed, the editorial file is closed.

  • Accreditation: The Diploma and the official Proof of Publication supporting the author's scientific contribution are formally delivered.
