Abstract

Este estudio analiza las formas en que los estudiantes de primer año utilizan la inteligencia artificial en tareas cotidianas. Se encuestó a un total de 31 estudiantess. El estudio está enfocado en el uso práctico de tales herramientas como lo son: ChatGPT u otras herramientas de asistencia para la escritura.

Los resultados son bastante obvios: los estudiantes están bastante entusiasmados con la posibilidad de la IA para mejorar su aprendizaje e incluso su calidad de vida. A pesar de que les resulta sencillo el uso de estas herramientas, admiten que no son tan sencillas de usar. La parte más llamativa es que, para su edad, son bastante maduros al momento de señalar los riesgos: son conscientes de la posible dependencia que puedan tener a estas herramientas, la afectación a la crítica, el plagio y la obra.

Jesús Antonio Flores Zamorano , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Jesús Antonio Flores Zamorano is a PhD candidate in Administration at IEXPRO University, holds a Master's degree in Engineering from TecNM / Los Mochis Institute of Technology, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from TecNM / La Laguna Institute of Technology. He is currently a professor with 18 years of experience. He has held various positions as department head and deputy director of planning and outreach within the TecNM system.

José Torres Medina , National Technological Institute of Mexico

José Torres José holds a master's degree in Computer Science, specializing in intelligent systems. He is an active professor at the National Technological Institute of Mexico/Los Mochis Technological Institute, assigned to the systems and computing department, with eight years of experience.

Tonantzin Ponce Martínez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Tonantzin Ponce Martínez is a leader with more than fifteen years of experience at the National Technological Institute of Mexico, notably as director of the Milpa Alta II Technological Institute. She has a solid academic background in education sciences and computer science, complemented by certifications in innovation and academic management. Her comprehensive experience ranges from teaching and curriculum design to senior management, always with a humanistic and ethical approach. Currently, she is distinguished by her commitment to educational excellence, inclusion, and the efficient administration of higher technological education.

Ernesto Alonso Álvarez Machado , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Ernesto Alonso Álvarez Machado is an Industrial Engineer and Master of Engineering with more than 14 years of experience in teaching and academic management at the National Technological Institute of Mexico. His profile stands out for his continuous training in cutting-edge areas such as data science and artificial intelligence, as well as his participation in quality and institutional accreditation processes. He is an active member of professional organizations such as CONAII and collaborates as a reviewer in scientific publications and a speaker at international conferences. He complements his technical work with a strong human and cultural commitment, serving as director of his institution's Rondalla.

Brenda López Martínez , National Technological Institute of Mexico

Brenda López Martínez is a professional with training in Pedagogy, Education, and Senior Management, soon to graduate as a computer systems engineer. Her career combines teaching at technological institutions with the development of innovation projects, including educational applications with intellectual property and technology consulting. She also stands out in the publishing field as the founder of academic journals and author of publications on virtual reality and inclusive pedagogical strategies.
