Abstract

This research article describes in detail the validation of an innovative learning model of technological changes to meet the great challenges and opportunities posed by the fourth industrial revolution, where the academy must work in coordination with the various actors of development to respond with quality, relevance and social responsibility to these new scenarios, in its task of professional training and to offer an effective link with the productive and social sector. The objective of this research is to evaluate and validate the accelerated learning model based on real projects for the solution of problems in the productive sector from the Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Node (NCIE)-Technological Institute of Juarez City (ITCJ). For this validation we used the method of design and development of a questionnaire-instrument which is based mainly on qualitative analysis and empirically raised, with a focus on the identification of factors that impact accelerated learning based on real projects, which consists of 41 items where four dimensions were evaluated (Human, Academic, Administrative and Economic Management), it was applied to 71 users (46 students and 25 technology promotors) of an expected total  108 users (82 students and 26 technology promoters).

The results obtained by items in general represent favorable and congruent percentages according to each variable, so it is concluded that there is a wide satisfaction and acceptance of the learning model, as well as a great recognition of the productive and social sector to it. Only two areas of opportunity arose, the one that refers to the induction and training of the model, which although it shows a strength of 85.9%, has an area of opportunity of 14.1%, and the other is more marked with 49.3% of opportunity is related to economic incentives and/or scholarships to students and technological promotors.
